Rhamosia Inc. operates Torusify, a macOS app for multi-display cursor movement, and the Rhamosia / Torusify website under the Rhamosia brand. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, what Torusify does not send to Rhamosia, how we use information, and how you can contact us.

Summary
- Torusify stores app settings and local license or trial state on your Mac.
- Torusify uses the macOS Accessibility permission to provide cursor and focus-related features. Torusify checks whether the permission is enabled, but the permission itself is managed by macOS.
- Torusify may send optional app analytics at most once per day. You can disable this where supported by the app version you use.
- Torusify does not send screen contents, app names, window titles, keyboard input, clipboard contents, cursor movement history, display names, display serial numbers, provider account identifiers, or advertising identifiers.
- Purchase, subscription, license, billing, receipt, refund, and entitlement information may be handled by the distribution, payment, or licensing provider used for your version of Torusify.
- Rhamosia does not maintain purchase or subscription records beyond what is needed for licensing, support, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, and related operational records.
- The website may use Google Analytics 4 only with consent and only for website improvement.
- We do not use collected information for advertising tracking or remarketing.
Information Torusify Stores Locally
Torusify stores app settings and local app state on your Mac, such as:
- launch at login setting;
- display language;
- cursor wrapping, cursor focus, spotlight, shortcut, and display link settings;
- Accessibility onboarding state;
- local trial, purchase, or license state used by the app;
- display layout information and display identifiers used locally to keep display-specific settings, links, and shortcuts working across launches.
This local information is stored in macOS preferences or local app storage. It is not automatically sent to Rhamosia unless it is included in the optional app analytics described below or you choose to send it to us in a support message.
Accessibility Permission
Torusify uses the macOS Accessibility permission to provide features that involve cursor movement, focused windows, display shortcuts, and related visual feedback.
Torusify does not use this permission to collect screen contents, text you type, clipboard contents, file names, window titles, or the names of apps you use. You can manage the permission in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility.
Optional App Analytics
Torusify may collect and send app analytics to help improve the product, evaluate trial behavior, improve settings UX, understand feature usage, identify broad reliability trends, and make pricing or campaign decisions.
App analytics may include:
- app version, macOS version, distribution channel, language, and whether Accessibility permission is enabled;
- a random or pseudonymous install identifier;
- trial state and purchase completion state;
- app settings for cursor wrapping, cursor follows focus, spotlight, shortcuts, and related features;
- anonymous display count and display link topology;
- daily counts for app launch, settings open, edge wrapping, cursor follows focus, display shortcuts, and spotlight triggers.
Analytics are sent at most once per day. Unsent local analytics are kept for up to 7 days. Torusify does not create empty analytics records for days when the app was not launched.
Rhamosia does not use app analytics for advertising tracking, remarketing, or individual user profiling. We do not link app analytics, purchase or subscription information, support emails, and website analytics at the individual user level for advertising or profiling. We may use information you choose to provide, or identifiers included in diagnostic information you choose to send, when needed for support, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or privacy requests.
You can disable app analytics in Torusify settings where supported by the app version you use.
Version-Specific Practices
This Privacy Policy is intended to cover Torusify versions that remain available or in active use.
- Torusify versions that do not implement app analytics do not send app analytics.
- Torusify versions that implement app analytics may send the optional app analytics described in this policy, subject to the app settings and implementation available in that version.
- If a Torusify version adds or removes material data collection, this policy may identify the affected app versions where practical.
Information Torusify Does Not Send to Rhamosia
Torusify does not send the following information to Rhamosia:
- screen contents;
- names of apps you use;
- window titles;
- file names;
- clipboard contents;
- keyboard input;
- cursor movement history;
- display names, display serial numbers, display manufacturer names, or stable display identifiers;
- raw display coordinates or raw display resolution;
- account identifiers managed by distribution, payment, or licensing providers;
- advertising identifiers or advertising tracking data;
- Google Analytics client ID from the website;
- purchase or subscription records beyond what is needed for licensing, support, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, and related operational records;
- payment card numbers or full billing credentials, unless you provide them directly in a support message.
Purchases, Licensing, Distribution, and Diagnostics
Depending on the Torusify version or distribution channel you use, distribution, purchase, subscription, restore, entitlement, refund, receipt, billing, and license checks may be handled by an app store, payment processor, subscription platform, licensing provider, or related developer tools.
Those providers may process account identifiers, billing details, receipts, refund records, purchase history, subscription status, license status, device or installation identifiers, and related transaction metadata according to their own policies and systems.
Rhamosia may receive limited purchase, subscription, entitlement, license, support, tax, fraud-prevention, diagnostic, or operational records from those providers where needed to provide Torusify, verify access, respond to support requests, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, and protect against abuse. Provider-managed records are retained according to the relevant provider’s systems and policies.
Support Email
If you contact us at [email protected], we may receive:
- your email address;
- the message body;
- Torusify version, macOS version, Mac model, reproduction steps, or other details you choose to include;
- optional screenshots, screen recordings, or attachments you choose to send.
Please review screenshots, recordings, and attachments before sending them and remove sensitive information where possible.
Support requests usually do not need your install identifier, Google Analytics client ID, provider account information, or raw analytics payloads. We may receive diagnostic information or identifiers if you choose to include them or use a support workflow that clearly presents them before sending. We use support messages for legal, privacy, security, bug-report handling, product improvement, and related operational records. We do not use support messages for advertising tracking or individual user profiling.
We keep support messages only as long as reasonably needed for support, product improvement, operational records, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, privacy requests, disputes, or related business needs. Ordinary feedback emails are generally reviewed for deletion or minimization when they are no longer useful, with 1 year as an operational reference rather than a guaranteed deletion deadline.
Website Analytics and Cookies
The Rhamosia / Torusify website may use Google Analytics 4 for website improvement only if you consent to analytics cookies.
Website analytics may help us understand page views, calls-to-action, outbound distribution-channel clicks, and website copy or navigation improvements. We do not use Google Analytics advertising features, Google Signals, Google Ads linking, remarketing, or advertising tracking unless this policy is updated to explain that use and any required consent choices are provided.
We do not link Google Analytics data from the website with Torusify app analytics, purchase or subscription information, or support emails at the individual user level for advertising or profiling. We may use information you choose to provide when needed for support, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or privacy requests.
Service Providers
We may use the following service providers or platforms:
- app stores, payment processors, subscription platforms, licensing providers, or developer tools for distribution, purchase, subscription, restore, entitlement, refunds, billing, storefront reporting, diagnostics, and license management;
- Google Analytics 4 for consent-based website analytics;
- cloud infrastructure or database services for app analytics collection and aggregated reporting;
- a business email provider for support email.
Service provider choices may change as Torusify and the website operate. We will update this Privacy Policy if those changes materially affect privacy practices.
Data Retention
- Local app settings remain on your Mac while you keep the app and settings.
- Unsent app analytics are kept locally for up to 7 days.
- Raw analytics payloads are not intended to be stored long term. If raw payload storage is needed, we aim to keep it only for a short operational period.
- Aggregated daily, weekly, and monthly analytics may be kept for product improvement and business review for as long as needed.
- Google Analytics data is intended to use a short retention period where available.
- Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, product improvement, operational records, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, privacy requests, disputes, or related business needs. Ordinary feedback emails are generally reviewed for deletion or minimization when they are no longer useful, with 1 year as an operational reference rather than a guaranteed deletion deadline.
- Legal, purchase, fraud, security, and privacy-related messages may be kept for as long as needed for the relevant obligation, investigation, dispute, or operational record.
- provider-managed purchase, subscription, license, billing, refund, storefront, and diagnostic records are retained according to the relevant provider’s systems and policies.
Your Choices
You can:
- disable app analytics in Torusify settings where supported by the app version you use;
- manage the macOS Accessibility permission in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility;
- refuse or withdraw website analytics cookie consent;
- delete local app settings by resetting settings, deleting the app, or removing the relevant macOS preferences;
- contact us at

Children’s Privacy
Torusify is a general-purpose productivity utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If we learn that we have received personal information from a child, we will delete it or minimize it where practical, unless we need to keep it for legal, security, or operational reasons.
International Use
Rhamosia is based in Japan. If you use Torusify or contact us from another country or region, your information may be processed in Japan or in countries where our service providers operate.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Torusify, the website, analytics, support operations, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this policy indicates the latest version.
When a change materially affects what information is collected, how it is used, service providers, retention, user choices, or app-version-specific practices, we will update this policy before or at the same time as the relevant app or website change. Previous policy versions may be retained for reference.

Torusify がローカルに保存する情報
Torusify は、次のようなアプリ設定とローカル状態を Mac 上に保存します。
- ログイン時に起動する設定。
- 表示言語。
- Cursor Wrapping、Cursor Follows Focus、Spotlight、ショートカット、ディスプレイ link 設定。
- Accessibility オンボーディング状態。
- アプリが使用するローカルのトライアル、購入、ライセンス状態。

Accessibility 権限
Torusify は、カーソル移動、フォーカス中ウィンドウ、ディスプレイショートカット、関連する視覚フィードバックのために macOS の Accessibility 権限を使用します。
Torusify は、この権限を使って、画面内容、入力したテキスト、クリップボード内容、ファイル名、ウィンドウタイトル、使用中のアプリ名を収集しません。権限は System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility で管理できます。
任意のアプリ統計

Torusify が Rhamosia に送信しない情報
Torusify は、次の情報を Rhamosia に送信しません。

国際利用
Rhamosia は日本を拠点としています。日本国外から Torusify を利用する場合、または当社に連絡する場合、情報は日本または当社のサービスプロバイダーが運営する国や地域で処理される場合があります。
